To empower more people who can help meet those challenges, we’ve reimagined our generalist master of public health degree as a 100% online master of public health program. This allows working professionals worldwide greater access to graduate education from one of the country’s best universities for public health.
The online MPH degree program is designed for working professionals throughout the United States and internationally. We aim to create a globally diverse student body. Graduate students will enter the program with at least two years of work experience, so you can meaningfully grow your career and enliven class discussions.

In as little as 16 months, you can graduate ready to further your career
The standard course sequence is designed to be completed across 24 months, however students interested in completing their coursework quicker can complete our intensive 16 month, accelerated course sequence. This sequence would allow students to complete up to 4 classes during a Fall and Spring semester. Per Brown policy, students are limited to enrolling in a maximum of 2 courses during the Summer semester.
